2.9: Cell Compartmentalization

Besides the cell membrane itself as a barrier between the external environment and the cell, processes within the cell are separated through the principle of compartmentalization. This characteristic of intracellular components also has added benefits which make cellular reactions more efficient. Topic 2.9 is all about cell compartmentalization.
